While sodium hypochlorite (bleach) has been the traditional choice for soft washing, BAC 50 offers a superior, more stable, and fundamentally different chemistry that solves the key drawbacks of bleach, especially for roof, patio, and cladding restoration.

When correctly diluted and applied, it is a non-corrosive, non-staining alternative to harsh acids or high-pressure jets that can damage pointing, render, and delicate materials.

Penetration: The diluted solution is applied via sprayer, soaking into the organic matter and underlying surface.

2. Biocidal Action: The Quaternary Ammonium Compounds rupture cell membranes of algae, moss, and lichen, killing the living organism at its root.

3. Die-Off & Weathering: After treatment (usually 24-48 hours), the growth will begin to die, turning brown or grey.

4. Natural Removal: The dead, dry growth can often be rinsed away with low-pressure water or lightly brushed off after 1-2 weeks, revealing the clean surface underneath. For heavy infestations, a follow-up soft wash may be recommended.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Always dilute before use. Do not mix with other chemicals. Ensure good ventilation.

General Disinfection: 1:100 (10 ml/L). Apply to hard surfaces leave 5-10 min. Rinse if required.

Routine Cleaning: 1:200 (5 ml/L) for light solling. Rinse if necessary.

Heavy Soiling/High-Risk Areas: 1:50 (20 ml/L). Remove debris first: rinse after use.

Algae / Biofilm Control: 1:50-1:100. Rinse equipment before reuse.
