Pricing, VAT and Payment

  • Pricing - All prices are listed in GBP (£). Unless otherwise stated, prices include UK VAT (Value Added Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment - Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our secure payment methods. We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other options provided at checkout. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.
  • Taxes and Duties - This is not applicable as we do not post outside of UK Mainlands

Promotions and Discount

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We can cancel these at any time given.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • We currently deliver across the UK Mainland Only.
  • Delivery Times - All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. While we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days, this timeframe does not include weekends, bank holidays, or any unexpected delays caused by third-party couriers or external circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of any disruption beyond our control.
  • Shipping Costs - Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery location and order weight. Extra charge may apply to Scotland and Wales.
  • International Orders - We do not currently ship internationally. If this changes, we will update these Terms when available.

Click and Collect Policy

  • All Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. If you're unable to collect within this timeframe, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded, as holding items without notice affects availability of stock levels Collection from our store is free of charge.
  • Once you receive your order confirmation email, you can collect your order at any time during our opening hours. Monday to Sunday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM Please bring your order confirmation email with you. Kindly collect your order within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email.

Standard Returns & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original, sellable condition, unopened, and unused. Please ensure you review all product information on our website carefully before making your purchase. Customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help!
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned products. If item is fit for resale we will offer a refund. Return shipping is at customers expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Faulty, Damaged Goods or Discrepancies Policy

  • Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify JN Supplies within 48 hours if any items are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. To report an issue, please provide your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photographic evidence where possible. We will assess each case individually and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancelling Order Policy

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund, including delivery charges. Provided the cancellation is made before the items have been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it will fall under our Standard Returns Policy and the Customer will then be liable for postage costs to return the Products.

Warranty

  • We warrant that our products are free from material defects in workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications.
  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us with order details and a description of the issue. If valid, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Our total liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product or a full refund.

Order Cancellation for Large Orders

  • Orders over £100 (including custom orders or large-volume purchases) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% to cover material costs, labour, and administrative fees.
  • Customised or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JN Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased.
  • Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the purchase price plus applicable shipping.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JN Supplies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated under our warranty section.

User Conduct
