Amine Oxide Surfactant is a highly effective foaming agent and cleaning enhancer, widely used in exterior cleaning for its ability to boost penetration, reduce run-off, and increase cling on vertical or porous surfaces. This versatile, non-ionic surfactant works well in alkaline environments and is compatible with a wide range of cleaning chemicals, making it an essential additive for professional cleaning tasks.

It is ideal for roof cleaning, wall render, stonework, patios, driveways, and industrial degreasing, especially when longer contact time and visual coverage are required.

Using the Surfactant alongside with Sodium Hypochlorite

(If using with Sodium Hypochlorite, mix 35–50ml of Amine Oxide Surfactant into 25 litres of Sodium Hypochlorite. This improves surface cling, enhances penetration, and creates a visible foamy layer to help track where the solution has been applied. The foaming action also slows down runoff, allowing the Sodium Hypochlorite to work more effectively on algae, moss, and organic staining.
