Description

Heavy Duty Caustic Traffic Film Remover is an industrial strength cleaning solution formulated for demanding commercial and industrial applications. This is not a gentle maintenance cleaner. It is designed to break down heavy traffic film, diesel soot, carbon deposits, oils, grease and deeply embedded road grime that standard cleaners may struggle to remove.

The powerful caustic based formula provides rapid cleaning performance, helping professional operators reduce cleaning time and manual labour. It is particularly suitable for heavily soiled commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, plant machinery and workshop environments where maximum cleaning strength is required.

Its concentrated formulation can be diluted according to the level of contamination, making it an economical solution for regular fleet, depot, agricultural and industrial cleaning.

Directions for Use

Wear Appropriate PPE: Before handling, diluting or applying the product, wear suitable chemical resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection. Use outdoors or in a well ventilated area.
Pre Rinse: Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water to remove loose dirt, mud and debris.
Dilute: Dilute up to 1:40 with clean water, depending on the level of soiling. This means mixing 1 part product with up to 40 parts water. Use a stronger solution for heavily soiled surfaces and a weaker solution for lighter contamination. Always add the product carefully to water.
Apply: Apply evenly using a suitable chemical resistant pump sprayer or professional foam lance. When cleaning vehicles or machinery, apply from the bottom upwards to help provide even coverage and reduce streaking.
Allow to Dwell: Allow the solution to dwell for approximately 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the level of contamination and surrounding conditions. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
Rinse Thoroughly: Pressure wash thoroughly with clean water until all product residue and loosened contamination have been completely removed.

Do not use on aluminium, polished metals, bare metals, sensitive paintwork or delicate finishes.
Avoid prolonged contact with glass, plastic, rubber trim and decorative finishes.
Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
Do not use at a stronger concentration than necessary.
Do not mix with acids, bleach or any other cleaning chemicals.
Rinse all treated surfaces thoroughly with clean water after use.
