Product Overview

Our Traffic Film Remover is a powerful concentrated pre-wash cleaner developed to tackle the stubborn contamination that builds up on vehicles through everyday driving. Its effective cleaning and degreasing action helps loosen traffic film, road grime, oil, grease, diesel residue and general dirt before the main contact wash.

The formula is ideal for preparing heavily soiled vehicles for cleaning, helping to reduce the amount of scrubbing required during the wash process. It can be adjusted to suit different levels of contamination, making it suitable for cars, vans, commercial vehicles, plant equipment and machinery when used at the correct dilution.

Directions for Use

Dilute the product with water according to the level of contamination: Heavy soiling: Dilute 1:20 or Medium to light soiling: Dilute 1:40
Pre-rinse the surface to remove loose dirt where required. Apply the diluted solution evenly using a suitable chemical-resistant pressure sprayer or compatible application system.
For the most even coverage, apply from the bottom of the vehicle upwards. Allow the product a short dwell time to loosen traffic film and contamination. Agitate stubborn areas with a suitable brush if necessary, then rinse thoroughly using clean water or a pressure washer.
Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Wear suitable protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection when handling, diluting or applying the product. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes and wash hands thoroughly after use.
Do not apply to hot surfaces or use in direct sunlight. Do not allow the product to dry during application. Avoid prolonged contact with polished aluminium, sensitive metals, delicate finishes and damaged or unprotected paintwork.
Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before widespread application. Use only at the recommended dilution and ensure the surface is rinsed thoroughly after cleaning.
