Description
Micro Clay Cloth Medium Grade 30cm x 30cm
Versatile Decontamination for Moderate to Heavy Paint Contamination
The Micro Clay Cloth Medium Grade is a versatile, reusable alternative to traditional clay bars, designed to tackle moderate to heavy paint contamination. Perfect for removing bonded industrial fallout, overspray, tree sap, tar spots, and embedded dirt that standard washing cannot shift. Unlike disposable clay bars, this cloth is washable and reusable, lasting up to five times longer while delivering consistent professional results. The generous 30cm x 30cm size provides excellent coverage and control during the decontamination process, while the medium grade formulation offers the ideal balance between cutting power and finish refinement.
Key Features and Benefits
· Fast Contaminant Removal Quickly lifts and removes bonded contaminants, overspray, industrial fallout, tar, and embedded dirt from paint surfaces, restoring a smooth finish ready for polishing or protection.
· Medium Grade Formulation The perfect choice for vehicles with moderate contamination or for use before machine polishing. Offers more cutting power than fine grade while still finishing down well for most paint types.
· Washable and Reusable If dropped, simply rinse under cold water and inspect. Unlike traditional clay, the cloth can be washed and reused many times, offering exceptional value and reducing waste.
· Extended Lifespan Designed to last up to five times longer than conventional clay bars, providing consistent performance through multiple detailing sessions.
· Large 30cm x 30cm Size Generous dimensions provide excellent coverage and comfortable handling during the claying process.
· Dual Sided Design Features a clay impregnated side for contaminant removal and a microfibre side for buffing and finishing.

Instructions for Use
1. Ensure the vehicle surface is thoroughly clean and completely dry before beginning the claying process.
2. Prime the clay side of the cloth by spraying it generously with a suitable detailing lubricant or detailer spray.
3. Spray the same lubricant onto a small section of the paint surface.
4. Gently work the primed clay side over the lubricated surface using light pressure and straight line motions. Continue until the surface feels perfectly smooth to the touch, indicating contaminants have been removed.
5. The medium grade formulation will effectively tackle heavier contamination while still refining the surface appropriately.
6. Once the section is smooth, flip the cloth to the microfibre side and buff the surface to remove any residue and reveal the finish.
7. Work and finish one panel at a time, inspecting each carefully before moving to the next.
Care for Your Clay Cloth
· After use, clean the cloth thoroughly by rinsing in lukewarm water, gently working the fibres to release any trapped contaminants.
· Leave the cloth to dry flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
· Never wring or twist the cloth aggressively as this may damage the clay impregnation.
· Store in a clean, dry environment between uses.
Important Cautions
· Always use a suitable detailing lubricant or detailer spray. Never use the cloth on a dry surface.
· Always wear the cloth in on a glass surface first before using on bodywork to ensure it is free of any manufacturing residue.
· If you drop the cloth on the floor, wash it out thoroughly in clean lukewarm water and carefully inspect for contamination before reusing.
· It is essential to check the cloth for contamination before, during, and after each use to prevent scratching.
· If slight marring of the paint occurs, gently machine polish the affected area with a suitable finishing compound.
When to Use Medium Grade
Medium grade clay cloth is the ideal choice when:
· The vehicle has not been clayed for an extended period
· There is visible contamination or a rough texture to the paint
· The vehicle is being prepared for machine polishing
· You encounter stubborn contaminants like tar or industrial fallout
· You need more cutting power than fine grade but want to minimise finishing work
The versatile, hardworking choice for tackling moderate contamination while maintaining the convenience and value of reusable clay technology.
